I was woundering what supplements could I put in my rats water and where could I get them and I am already putting the vanilla in their water. I just want to know if I could put some calcium or some other stuff like that that can help them.

I put in those drop vitamins that are sold in bottles vitabit i think it is, i use it for weanlings and expected mothers, but i don't mix the vanilla with it, i alternate and only feed the vitamin drops for 4days and then rinse the bottle and go back to vanilla. the vitamins get nasty fast and it won't be drank

don't really need the vanilla with rats, that is good to tone down the smell of male mice. Male rats don't have the same strong musk odor as male mice at all. The liquid vitamins, as long as they have been forumated for rodents and rats in particular could be added.
