What is a good multivitamin for BDs?
I heard crushing centrum and powdering it over their food is good.
How often should I offer them vitamins? 7 days a week and 1-3 times a day?

The two most important things beardies should get from their supplentation are calcium and vitimin D3, (other vitimins as well). Calcium is best given by crushing up cuttlebone to give striaght Calcium carbonate. If not, look for a vitimin powder thats first ingredient is Calcium carbonate. Hopefully that vitimin also contains vitimin D3, if not use two differnt powders. For other vitimins you can crush up tums tablets which work really well.
Babies (under 4 months) should be supplemented every day, and after that every two or three days. After they are one years old they only need to be supplemented only every week or every other week.
Over supplementing can be just as bad as under supplementing. Your beardie can actually get MDB as a result of over supplementation. So make sure not to supplement every day for their whole life.

I have never heard of the tums thing...I use Reptivite...it seems to do the trick...she looks very healthy and gobbles up food along with her vitamins (I had a dragon once who refused to eat anything with vitamins on it....I had to inject crix with a vitamin water mix...talk about gross!)
