why do you want one? they will spend 95% of their time buried in mud. then when you want to find it, you gotta dig through a bunch of mud to look for it...yea they're kinda cool but i dont personally like them...i think thats the general consensus....which is why they're not in high demand.

i have a source for brahminy blind snakes if you are interested....email me

cartoon......dont down someones interest in something unusual....you seem to jus have started working with snakes and learned everything you know from these boards in the last few months......and seem young to boot (why would anyone ever post pics of someone elses snakes) anyway.....this is a tough hobby and most people have a bad disregard of snakes to begin with and cannot understand our passion for them (i have people that wouldnt step foot in my house).....people should be helpful to others both to educate and get rid of that disregard.....you me and a ton of other herpers have to stick together.....to learn and give advise and share offspring and such......try to be a little more understanding

Think www.gherp.com can get them or has them once in awhile. I know a kid that kept them in a tank just sand/soil mix fed them ants and pinhead crickets.
They come out of the sand when hungry but overall you NEVER SEE them your just looking at a tank however they are neat and easy to care for. I know he fed his mainly ants.
I know his ate pinheasd crickets to but ants was their main food.
