what kind of kingsnake is this?

Can anyone tell me what kind of kingsnake this is? He is dark brown with pale yellow markings and a black belly. Thanks for any help.........Robin

Davis king? or Mendota king? where did you get it?

I got it from one of the couples in the herp group I belong to. A pair of them was given to them, and the card that came with them said it was a black bellied king, but I cannot find any kingsnakes called that. We are in Oregon, so they were not caught here, if they are wc.........Robin

I believe black belly king is the same as Davis king from calif.

Thank you very much for your help. I looked at pictures of both the mendota and davis and had decided that he was a davis. Its nice to know what I have, thanks again........Robin
