How do I post an image on this forum directly from my PC?

Conserving_herps Oct 17, 2004 01:36 PM

Question for anyone who can kindly enough to explain to me how.
A new born hatchling just emerged from its shell and I, of course, took a picture of it. Is there a way of posting this pic for people to look at and enjoy directly uploading from my PC? I do not want to upload it to the "Photo Gallery" and the images of snakes i see in this forum are nowhere to be found on the Photo Gallery of kingsnake.com..... so my guess is that there is probably a way of sharing a pic in this forum directly from my PC (keeping in mind that I do not have a URL link that i can attach to).

Maybe I have to "purchase an account" just like when you are selling on the classified, but i don't want to sell but merely share a pic to the public in this forum.

Any suggestions? Thanks !

You need a host site.

Here is a free one:

Thanks a lot for your input, "bluerosy". I will try the host link you suggested. Hope it works for me.

Cheers!

into the photo gallery here on kingsnake. Then it is really easy to post pix whenever you make a post here. They will all show up under the "select image from photo gallery" section and you just choose which one you want to use.
