2 POS SHEDS?????????????

Hypoboa1 Oct 17, 2004 06:57 PM

Ok this is most definatley a learning experience!!About a month ago my largest female blew up like a balloon an went into shed! She shed out an I started counting the days!My pastelish male wanted nothing to do with her anymore,I assumed that his job was done!I have learnt to keep a male in with her anyways! That that was the biggest mistake that I could make was jerk the male out!So since the pastelish male didnt want anything more to do with her an was just trying to get away from her,I put a adult 100% het for Kahl line albino in with her an this is where I really got confused,He went to town, courting an breeding her,He is an awsome breeder! To bad I didnt have a female to prove him out!Well today her enclosier needed to be cleaned an I noticed her eyes were clouding again now this has stumped me really hard!Believe me I am at the point to where it doesnt matter what gets proven out! This is my first year at breeding an will be very lucky an happy to have babies!I know I have made a few mistakes along the way,but who hasn't!Next year will be better!I will be alot more knowledgable, lol! But like I said before,I will be on cloud nine an want to keep them all,if I get viable babies! But if anyone can help me if this second shed is normal it would be greatly appriciated! Thanks Eric[Hypoboa]

The post ovulation shed is usually an extended shed where they stay in blue for quite some time (my big female last year stayed in blue for over 3 1/2 weeks).
