I share your thoughts completely Ralph!! You are right on.

However if one were to take Ralph Davis out of the ball python equation it would be experiencing a huge void.

Your sharing of knowledge knows no bounds and it has enhanced many a breeding project including mine and for that I am truly grateful!!!!

You da man...brutha!

That would be Kevin at NERD, who every week seems to delight us with something new. Of course all of the people who just plain love ball pythons. We pretty much couldn't do what we do if the snakes didn't lend themselves to being a fabulous animal that so many people want to keep. I say we keep each other on our toes, and there is nothing wrong with that! Every time there is something new it is good for everyone who likes these snakes. This year has been fabulous-leucistics, patternless, albino and ghost spiders, ghost Mojaves etc etc. It boggles the mind that we basically are on day one here. New people are getting interested every day, people have done so well with the animals in captivity, I won't be surprised if the demand for imports is significantly reduced in the next five years. Now that is an accomplishment worth cheering for.

Nevermind those of us collectors that actually keep this whole hobby going. How much would those snakes be worth without someone to buy them?

*I don't intend this post to sound critical at all, just making a statement*
