season's last clutch from hybino project

rtdunham Oct 17, 2004 11:25 PM

here's most of the final clutch of the season from the albino het/hypo male that is the patriarch of my hybino project. mom is a triple het.

the clutch includes four tangerine albinos, one of which is pinstriped; they each have 50% chance of being het hypo and 25% chance of being homozygous hypo, plus 50% chance of being het anery. Also in the clutch were the tricolor hypo het/albino possible het anery at the center of the picture; and 2.1 het/albino possible het hypo possible het anery--the two tricolors that are showing, plus a tangerine not shown.

not a bad way to end the season.

Terry:

Great pic. Eight healthy hondos is a great clutch to end the season, especially when four of those are tangerine albinos. Can you post an individual pic of the pinstripe albino? Pinstripe is one of those terms that varies from breeder to breeder and I'd like to see what your definition of pinstripe is.

While I'm asking, what's your definition of vanishing pattern?

Thanks,

Rob

Great pics as always Terry. I am wondering if any of your 04s which may be Hybinos have shed more than twice yet and also if they are staying pale or changing in any way? Best of luck with everything Tom Stevens
