Is the bottom part of his tank (if so is that sand) or is it for your Uro?

Still nothing covering the lights? If I remember correctly, that was one issue of concern.

yup this is uros tank...OZ's tank was too huge for him and my uro didn't have enough room...so i put them together...voila this is it!
there is no holes between them so OZ can't reach Amon!
concerning this bulb(big red one) it is off all the time, cause the temps are high enough without it!

what about the look of the tank...is it better?

I like it much better - way to utilize that extra space. So is Oz rough on your plants?

Astroturf is really NOT a good substrate. It is hard to clean and sometimes comes apart. Why not use cypress mulch or another natural substrate?? Just don't use pine or cedar mulch. Also, if the bulb is not on, why not remove it? If Oz gets ahold of the bulb, he could pull it down and possibly break the bulb.

I would be a bit concewrned about an exposed bulb. Bps can stretch pretty far from the surface they're on, to the one they want to be on. I would build some sort of cage around the bulb.
