... but why do all of your pics feature your hand holding a snake as it engulfs a meal? Do you ever let them eat without your assistance.
I AM JUST CURIOUS - please do not take offense to my question.
Thanks,
Peter
I think it makes the pics more interesting.

I asked Jentsen this question a few posts down. He said he would not have enough time to feed all his snakes like that. He basically takes pics of them while they feed. He did say he feeds his snakes in a seperate "feeding" tub. Which is a safer method for the snake than feeding it in its encloser.

No offense taken, I like to have them occupied when they get their pics taken. good question, thanks
Very nice response. I've always kind of wondered, and felt sort of bad, that some people seemed to always (and only) take pictures of the animals eating. Made me wonder if some of the people "into" snakes were mostly "into" the thought/sight/appeal of one animal swallowing another animal whole. When I was just a little girl I found it fascinating, but my fascination with snakes doesn't rely on what they consume, it's for the entire animal.
So I've always wanted to ask why so many guys seem to take pics of their animals eating, but now it makes sense.... easy time to get the whole animal in the photograph while the snake is otherwise occupied.
