I'm just curious, I've read many a time that you should not feed citrus fruits to cresteds. I'm jsut curious to the exact reason why. I've yet to be able to find it out there. I've read about various other reptile species that have the same stipulation that you don't feed citrus to that particular reptile because "it can't digest it." If thats what's going on with the crested I'm curious as to what exactly it can't digest and why. What is the mechanisim that is detrimental to cresteds in particular. Please feel free to get as biology nerdy as you wish here, as that's the kind of answer I'm looking for.
