Toad with swollen glands

I have a sick African Bouncing Toad. I separated it from my other two toads because i noticed it was not eating very well and wanted to monitor it. Yesterday I noticed that its poison glands were swollen and had a clear liquid leaking form one galnd. His left arm is also slightly swollen. He has not eaten in quite a few days. Has anyone ever experienced this with a toad?

Does anyone know of food that can be syringe fed to toads if they are having problems eating? (This toad is beyond hand feeding though)
