You have a beautiful pair, Very Pretty!
I had the very same thing happen with a pair of C. collaris this year.
Although I did get a healthy hatchling, the female had 3 clutches and most were infertile. The pair is healthy, the only thing I can say is this pair did not brumate more than a couple weeks during the winter months.
I have also been told by a forum member Brockn (who would be a good one for you to ask some of these questions ) is that sometimes, it is a good idea if you have several males to allow more than one male to breed the female , to assure fertility of the eggs.
Did you brumate your pair before breeding?
As far as the hatchlings dying or having black spots on their undersides that seemed to spread before they died, I do not know.
It does sound so very familiar to something I witnessed this summer with an adult.
A friend of mine had asked me to take her adult male while she left for college. She said he had recently been to the vet, for dark spots, over his sides and underneath, they had begun to bleed.
It was said to be some sort of bacterial blood infection. She said he was treated and could be shipped to me.
I received him, and kept him away from all my other lizards as I had NEVER seen anything like it before. They almost looked like bruise marks, within a few days of arriving all the dark spots spread, but soon blood surfaced from all the places it had been dark. So strange. It was very sad, he did not make it.
But in talking to a few people we were wondering if he could have posssibly had Hook worms, and maybe was bleeding internally and thats what the dark spots underneath and on his sides were. And maybe why it seemed to spread.
Its very difficult to say what was wrong with your hatchlings, but it may have been they bleed internally from something.
Have to see what others think. If I had been smart I would have had the body examined , but since he was not mine I did not persue it.
Also as far as incubation, here is a few care sheets that may help, a forum buddy Will wells site, (captive care)

I'm sure others will give their opinions, and hope we can figure this out, as we can all benifit.
Glad to have you join us!
