I have 4 White's Tree Frogs that I feed anywhere from 3 to 6 days apart. Normally I try to feed them every 4 days, but then there are weekends where I'm not around to feed them in exactly that amount of spacing. If I feed them every 3-4 days I usually give them 4 large crickets each. If I wait another day or two I allow them 5. Two of them maintain their weight really well, while the other two, one younger, is very active but is still a little chubby in the stomach, and then the older one, also female, is the largest and could probably use a diet. She maintains the weight she's at, and it doesn't stop her from being active either-females are supposed to be bigger so I'm really not worried about it. Once a week make sure you're dusting your crickets/meal worms...whatever your choice of food is with a vitamin/calcium supplement. Especially if the frogs are a little younger-it helps them develop better bone structure. Just becareful...over supplementing can cause irreversible kidney problems. I prefer crickets because they die quickly and I've tried using meal worms and I was worried their jaws were too strong and would be able to cut the frogs' stomachs. So there's some feeding tips-also...a 55 gallon aquarium is perfect for 4 frogs, as long as that's all you keep in there. Anymore and you'll need a bigger aquarium, unless they are small then you could raise them in there and move to a larger size. I'm planning on getting another white's soon and will need to raise it in a smaller cage or the bigger frogs could try to eat it. Good luck...any other questions feel free to ask.
