I am a new owner of a uro and have noticed last night that she has had what looks like a discharge around her nostrils. Does anybody have any idea what that might be?

If the discharge aroun the nostril is crusty and whitish in colour that is perfectly normal for uros. That is how they get rid of excess salt.
