Im going away for a weekend and what I plan to do for my petsitter is leave silkworms on a saucer plate for each feeding. That way, all she'll have to do is open the cage up and dump the silkies in. Will that work for you?
But does the silkies need food everyday? So if they do what will happen to the last batch for feeding?

How old is the dragon? If they aren't babies, they can easily live on salad for a week and not have any problems.

Pennsylvania. That seems pretty far away even if I would be willing to do it, but I'm not. I don't know enough for one, and I'd hate to take care of anyone's pet and have something happen to it, I'd feel so guilty.

If your choosen babysitter is unwilling to do what is necessary to ensure proper care of your dragons, I would find another baby sitter.
Young bearded dragons need to have insects fed to them at least once a day, if not more. Young adult and adult dragons can suvive fine without any insects for a week and half, especially if you give them a good feeding of insects before you go.
I would recommend (if you can't get somebody else to feed your dragons who doesn't mind handling insects) is getting silkworms. Silkworms need to be fed every day either fresh mulberry leaves or silkworm chow. What I would do is set up a meal's worth of silkworms in paper cups with a cube of silkworm food. Just have your sister in law drop a fresh cube of silkworm food in each up once a day. For each meal she could just drop a cup into the cage, on it's side. The dragons can get into the cups to get their worms and your sister in law doens't have to touch any worms.
