I'd rather not "Just think, if I hadn't gotten my mammogram..." but in the rest of the world (to use your words) we definitely don't have that "luxury." (and yes, I use the term loosely).
Too many times we all think breast cancer is something that happens to "someone else," without stopping to think that we're ALL "someone else" to everyone else. Every woman is somebody's daughter, sister, wife, mother, best friend, grandmother, aunt, cousin, you-name-it. We all share the responsibility to do what we can to help research into this disease...especially since breast cancer affects men as well as women physically, not to mention spiritually & emotionally.
Tracy your strength will always be an inspiration to me (and countless others, I'm sure). While I hate that this disease hits so close to home because of you, thank you for being so "in your face" about it, lest any of us forget just how real this threat can be to those we love & hold dear.
Now when are you gonna surprise us with that next whoopass blood of yours????
Quit holding out, woman!!!!

>>even though I know we are focused on our Blood pythons we need to take time out to remember what is going on in the rest of the world! I will say that I didn't know what great therapy cleaning many shoeboxes of baby bloods was, physically and mentally--but it definately helped me through my bc ordeal.

>>For all the women herpers and all the men herpers please click on the "pink" link on the VPI link below. It has critical information that everyone needs to know about breast cancer.
