Rescued mali from lady that had it in a 20 long on bark no calcium or uva/uvb crappie diet for 8 years. Squirts water or clear liquid before it goes with a regular poop..whats wrong?????????

Actually, believe it or not, that can be very normal.

Uros have weird excrement. They do not have urine persay, but if well hydrated they can excrete a water like substance then often a white substance, then the poop part (brown).

If that is the only thing that is causing you immediate concern, I would not worry about it.

Do you have any pictures of this guy? It sounds like he is lucky you found him. LOTS of calcium and natural sunlight!!

hes also very lathargic somedays doesnt even get up..

Well, a vet visit can never hurt, it is possible he has a parasite infection that is causing him issues.

What are you feeding him? What are the temps in his cage? If he is too cold he may sleep all the time, even if he is healthy. How long have you had him? It occasionally takes them some time to acclimate to new surroundings.

Feeding collard mustard greens carrots peas and finch seed loves peas and collards not a big fan of carrots and seed. Been in 30br for a month 100watt on it so its warm 85 on cool side not bout basking temp but when he does he looks very comfortable had him for bout a month about 8 years old
