I have 1:1 lineatus, and about 2 months ago my female laid two eggs that looked perfectly fertile. At the time, I had sand as a sunstrate, and she burried them half way in the sand. I figured my incubator would be too warm if I turned it on, so I put them in the incubator(inside a deli cup. The eggs sat in a milk cap that sat on top of a moist sponge), but didnt plug the incubator on. The eggs have been around 68-70 the whole time. both eggs sort of dimpled then looked like there might be a hairline crack in them caused by the dimpling (I didnt know at the time that you could possibly use clear nail polish on the cracks)I think they may have gotten too dry, but not sure. Both eggs did increase in size though. It has been a few days over two months. One egg is starting to slightly turn brown (just slightly), and the other one is still white. I almost definately dont expext the one turning color to hatch, and Im not sure about the other, but, Im not going to give up. The female looks like she is gravid again, but I changed the substrate to spanish moss, so, well see what happens.
