A one bedroom house in Kiowa for 40k? Is it missing a roof?

I'm not sure if Kiowa is far enough out but once you get away from the Front Range prices drop a lot in farm country. We looked at a remodeled 2 bedroom in Yuma, CO for $50,000. It was on a double lot and even had a detached garage for rats and a basement for snakes!

The first pic is SUPPOSED to be a Bengal cat - but they have a pic of a tiger. And one of the snakes listed is supposed to be an albino super tiger retic. It's not. Oops!

Actualy they are half right. that is a white bengal tiger. And tiger is a cat and its from bengal. lol

Wish they had a cheetah. that would be a kickass pet.

I was wondering about that...seemed kind of large to me!

Also, I wish they had talked to some other breeders, in addition to B. Clark. Nothing against Bob, but he isn't the only big-name breeder with expensive animals. Maybe it was just because he has more articles in the magazines(?).
