veiled and panther hight temp Q

chamsrcool Jun 28, 2003 09:25 PM

i was wondering if temps at not into the 50s would kill a veiled chameleon?

I have jacksons that night temps can get into the mid 40s at the extreme...as long as it heats up to the mid 70s in the morning........what about temps into the 50s for s veiled and heating up to the mid 80s in the morning.

i was wondering i am more into haveing a jacksons then veileds as temps here in Indiana work best with them.

The difference between veileds and jacksons is that jacksons can tolerate extreme lows, and veileds can tolerate extreme highs. It's not recommended you put a veiled in that kind of tempurature, they will probably die under that kind of physical stress.
