You are NOT genetically defective/wrong/whatever else. You see, you are human. Boas are not. I try to stay out of the morph/locality/cross/integrade/hybrid/mutt thing because it is too rare for it to be discussed without being an arguement.
You see, one thing that nobody mentions when comparing racism in humans with crossing in boas is this-humans have a choice whether or not to "breed" outside their locality(or race, if you will). Captive snakes do not, we humans cycle them and they get what we make available. Is this wrong? Take your side, state your views, but please keep racism out of it.

Just kidding. I can see where it would be easy to assume that Herman, or anyone that is so extreme in regards to "crossbreeding" snakes, has the same or even stronger feelings in regards to human intergration. To be honest, only a moron wouldn't consider the possibility and only a coward would pretend not to have considered it. (A wise man give not a [bleep]ith.)
Since it seams as though your 'ethnicity' hasn't affected your brain or your heart in a negative way, I wouldn't worry about it.
(You do have five fingers though, right?)

To be fair, Boa constrictors are a lot more genetically diverse than humans are :P. There's a lot more difference between an Argentine and a Hogg Island than there is between an African and a European (for example).
So you're comparing apples and oranges. Not that I'm putting my opinion on one side or the other of the boa debate.

there's alot more difference between a Boa constrictor and a Boa constrictor than there is between a Homo sapien and a Homo sapien and someones comparing Malus domestica to Citrus Sinensis.
