I have only fed her three rats since last Thanksgiving when I began my pre cooling purging cycle. I do not know what is best as some people have been sucessful not feeding at all and others feed fairly frequently throught the whole breeding ordeal. I just give tidbits now and then. Last year she threw all slugs as I had never cooled the male and he bred another one before her who also had slugs and stillborns. This year I over did it and that male got respitory and did not want to breed. I put in a young 2000' laddertail Brazilian male and he went right after her. It may have been too late but she is going to atleast dump slugs again.
