That would be a baby Tremper albino. You probably seen them in post below, but here is a picture of two of my Trempers one is tang albino and the other is dark tremper.

He will be alone in a 10 gallon for now.

No special care that I can think of. Just do all the same things you do with your other leos.

What a cutie. Since he's albino, his eyes are probably more sensitive to bright lights. I usually dim the lights when I feed my albinos because I've noticed it helps them improve their aim when they're hunting.

Albinos would only require a red or black light as their source of heat if you use a heat lamp.

Normal leos can fair quite well with a "frosted" normal white bulb(Though red or black lights are still recommended if possible), because the light is not as bright, where the Albino's eyes are red and sensitive to any particular bright light. Good luck.
