I've had a few ackies that get a sore on the bottom of thier foot that eventually sweels up the whole arm. They quit eating and one has died. Kept on cheap hyponex potting soil mixed with fine sand. Any ideas out there?

I use outdoor dirt not manmade potting soil. Most potting soils tell you to wear gloves, not to ingest, get on your skin, or in eyes. The stuff probably has fertilizers or chemicals in it, they dig in it, get a small injury, then it gets infected like it shouldnt or they get poisoned by it.
