More than likely that egg is bad. I have not dealt with luecs as of just yet but, I know with my azureus eggs that they are no good once they turn white or grey. I would remove it.

Leave it, how old is it ? Give it at least 4-5 days for it to start developing. If it is bad, you'll know, the yolk will turn white and the gel surrounding it will get cloudy. A very small white dot is o.k.
The eggs are 3 days old today. Two of them are a little white, the sacs are clear though. The eggs are'nt solid white, one of them has a white spot in the center, and the other spot is'nt a uniform spot, that one is kinda hard to discribe. I need to get a digital camera so I can show you guys.
Thanks,

You should see a line develop down the center of the egg over the next couple of days. If you begin to see this, they are probably good.
