how old is your igg? if it is young it will almost always be in shed if you are caring for it right... and for time there isnt really a set time.. but soaking will help it along.. just watch for peices of skin that stay on your igg for long periods of time.. that can cause a shortage of blood tot hat area and is real bad.. you have to worry about around the toes more than anything.. also try to resit and dont peel off shed..

He is probably in my guess about 3 or 4 months old. I his cage very often and he gets soaked 2 or 3 times a week depending on my schedule. He puts up a fit sometimes during his soakings though, I can't keep him in his tub. Here is the most recent picture of him. O yeah and around his toes seems to be shedding real well, he now has 2 hand shedded but his back legs and tail hasnt started to she fully yet but looks like its about to. I started mist more this past week sense he started shedding.
Any more information and help you have is highly appreciated, i'm a first time owner.

even though your igg doesnt like to be soaked keep to it. and eventually he shoul calm down and enjoy it.. it is better to get him used to it now since he is small.. mine doesnt really like it and it is a pain to keep him in the tub..

i have also heard that you can use a little bit of baby oil in teh water to help losen up shed that is being stubborn.. youc an also rub a small amount on the stuck shed and it will help to keep teh shed moist.. hence helping it shed better...

if you ahve any other questions post tehm up.. or my email is in my sig line..
