I saw the cutest little baby bearded today

tim5580 Oct 21, 2004 07:24 PM

I went to the pet store to buy food so I decided to look at their bearded dragons while I was waiting for an employee. There was one that ran to the glass when I looked in, a smaller bearded dragon with a yellowish head, orangish tail, and regular colored body. It wasn't nearly as yellow or orange as some of the ones in the classifieds, but you could tell the colors were there as it was next to a bunch of others.
I've seen beardeds in all those colors, but never all 3 on 1 animal. I really liked the way it looked.
Is that some morph or just a mix?

It rubs the lotion on it's skin. It rubs the lotion on it's skin or else it gets the hose again.

If you saw it in a pet store, then I'd say it was a mix. Most, but not all, petstores do not deal in the high-end morphs. They sell the beardies as pets, not breeders. There are some that will 'special order' morphs. But you can expect to pay twice the value. The store owner has to make his $$$. Buyer beware.

I figured it was just a mix, it's only $80 anyway, same price as all the other ones they have. I thought it was kind of neat looking though.
