Help my dragon isn't eating or moving much

I need some advice, I've had him about 4 years and for the last week he is not moving much and won't eat. I would appriciate any advice.

That's not a lot of information, but it sounds like he may be brumating.

yeah more information is really needed, what size tank? what are the high and low temps? has anything changed in his environment lately?

Although with no other information, and the time of year being what it is, it does sound like he might just be brumating
