I'm sorry I keep putting the same post up, but all the nice responses I've gotten are from people who unfortunately live too far away and I really feel strongly against shipping him. I am willing to drive to the right home for him. So NY,CT or MA is fine...possibly elsewhere in that area. Please let me know if you know anyone that wants to rescue an iguana instead of buying one in a pet store. Thank you!!

how old is he, and why are you gettin rid of him. I recently just lost my pet iguana. I've had her for years, but unfortunately, animals don't live forever. I have a huge empty vacant cage, and I've been looking through animal shelters trying to find an iguana. I'm actually thinking of adopting this adult iguana with half of his tail missing and some toes severed. and the only reason why people won't adopt him is cuz he's not perfect. anyway, to sum it up, here are my questions: how old is he? what's your reason for wanting to give him away? and how's his health, temperament, and eating habit? Thanks.
