heya,

have heard that they cant see blue and red lights. I've got a couple of blue lights installed over the tank, and the weird thing is that they never seem to come out at night when i turn the blue lights on, only when it's totally dark. Can anybody shed some light on this?
Btw, on the case of my feared-to-be impacted male that ate a woodchip : he's back to eating like normal!! -whew-. Now my stress level can go down a notch

It is a lot scarier when it latches on to you and won't let go.

They can not see red light, but can see blue. That is my understanding anyways. We don't put any lights on our leos. Our leos are very very active at night, and even during the day, they come out to check out what is going on.
