Mine used to stink until I started using Aspen shavings as a substrate in one half her cage. Try it, it works. They dig in the wild (thats what the nose is for) and it bathes them. Used to keep mine on paper, and she stunk all the time.

Are you talking about musking or the smell of their cage? If it's the musk, that's a natural defense mechanism. Try picking one up in the wild! It's the worst musk smell I have encountered! If it's the cage that smells, you just have to clean them more often. My hogs eat the most, crap the fastest, and trash their cages more than any of my colubrids! Good luck. John Meltzer
