What do you all think of this little baby? It was born on 08/22/04 and is now eating small mice and growing at fast rate. The other colors on the baby (appears to be male) are also white, orange, and yellow.

Interesting animal. What do it's siblings look like? Do you have any pics of those?
Is this the offspring of a wc animal or is this the progress of intent? Has anyone else seen or heard of this in the wild??
Does anyone else find natural abbrations as fascinating as I do?

The sibling has a lot of the reds and orange in it. The whole litter was like that. Even mom herself is unusually colored for an N.P.
The sibling just shed over the weekend. I'll take some pictures of it and post them. Both snakes are stunning and growing like little weeds.

I think that is a known locality specific color variation. I was never able to pin down where in CA they are from. There is also a pic of one in Merhtens "Snakes of the World."
