New Babies

I'm in San Diego and we experienced an early start to our rainy season this week which I believe contributed to the fact that I found 4 new hatchlings in my yard yesterday. One ornate and 3 gulf coast. I think the ornate has been out and about for at least a week but the gulf coast were right out of the nest, in fact one tiny, tiny baby was still down in the nest hole. This brings the number of babies I have up to an even dozen. Mary Beth
