Well, they should be fed sparingly, like once in a while because leos can and will get addicted to them and them it is very hard to get them to eat anything else. The best way I've found to fatten up a leo is to feed it Superworms, and they sell waxies and supers at petco but I don't think they sell silkworms.

Waxworms are good for leos..... I do not feel they get "addicted" to them like most people seem to think.... I say this from my own experiance..... Also, waxworms are a good source of calcium.... They contain much more calcium than meal or superworms.... I give each leo about 10 to 20 waxworms a week.... If you look at any pics of my animals, they are not overweight or unhealthy and they love mealworms, superworms, and crickets just as much as waxworms..... And this goes for ALL of the leos I have ever kept and keep now..... And if you can get some silk worms, that is great..... They are also very good for leos..... A varied diet is the best diet in my opinion.....
