[center]I feel some obligation to share with the Corallus community the results of a breeding project I attempted last Winter. The pairing was a Female Northern Emerald with a Male Amazon/Emerald Hybrid. They copulated on multiple occasions last Winter/Spring. The Female went off feed and basked throughout the Summer. She showed all typical indications of being gravid. The end result was nine large slugs and no live births. Though it is certainly not conclusive that the male hybrid is sterile, it would be a good guess at this point. For those thinking about trying this cross I would recommend using a female hybrid and a male amazon or emerald. Please e-mail any questions.
