dwarf caimen

how are dwarf caimens in captivity are they agressive or can the be handled how big do they get i saw a few in a 30 gall. tank and they were small. like maybe 12 inch is that right.

As a general rule the two species of dwarf caiman are intolerant of human interaction. The 12 inch dwarfs you saw were babies, depending on the species and gender, adult dwarfs reach lengths of 4 to 8 feet. For additional information on dwarf caimans see the following links:
