Heating Question

louiscamp Oct 23, 2004 08:54 PM

I have a couple of Barrs Plastic cages. I'm planing on using heat tape for half the cage on the bottom, with the two stacked on top of each other. What is the best way to attach the tape in the bottoms? Should I make a strip of plexi glass and sandwich in between? Just let it lay loose?

Any help would be great.

Thanks...Lou

This is the type of cage for Leopard geckos.

Yup Alan is right. I use it for everything from attaching the heat tape to thermostat and thermometer probe placement. This stuff is super sticky...And it conducts heat...
