salamanders- HELP!

trumpetplayer87 Jun 29, 2003 09:09 AM

I just caught a salamander yesterday, what can I feed it? I do have some fruit flys I can 'de-wing' but it doesn't seem interested. Any ideas/advice would be much appreciated as I think this guy might be getting hungry. Also, how much to feed how often? Thanks!

Some of my ambystoma eat either earthworms or crix. Some of the Slimy eat 1/8" crix, southern Duskys like worms. Some water sallies will only take live black worms and stuff.
