Report bad PA petstore? Help needed.

Hi, a friend of mine asked me where she could report a bad petstore here in Pennsylvania, and I don't know. Is it animal control, what? I need a reminder. Thanks!

My PA reptile rescue, Forgotten Friend Reptile Sanctuary, works with the humane league from time to time. Whenever we call, they have an option on their message about reporting animal abuse. I've never gone through the process, but I would start with them.

It's one thing to see poorly informed owners treating animals badly, but when the stores do it, that's pretty sad.
