Would like to see more of the neck for an absolutely positive ID, but I am fairly sure it is the Stipe-necked Leaf Turtle (Cyclemys tcheponensis) a very hardy and personable turtle of which I have several in my collection. One of my very favorites.

Still need a side view of the extended neck, but from the plastron shot, I am almost certain of the previous ID.
