Ok ive have gotten mites in my tank i need a way to disinfect tank and the furniture to get rid of the mites COMPLETLY help would be much apprieciated.

Bleach and water. Soak them for a couple of hours and that should kill all the mites and the bacteria they leave behind.

Do i have to let the stuff air out or can i put them back after its dry and should i bleach the tile?

After they soak I would rinse them off again. Then let them dry. Yes, I would soak the tile.

You should get some mite killing spray. get the safe for reptile kind. mites can go out the cage and lay eggs outside the tank. I forget what I bought when my snake had mites but it was only like $10 a bottle and it worked good. you can spray the cage lighly before the gecko goes back in and maybe around the tank and that as a precaution, because I had them come back and die after I cleaned the whole cage.
