i have an amelanistic corn. i want a blizzard, but i figure it would be more fun to breed my own blizzard. (fun and profitable, since i hope to branch into corn breeding as hobby/extra cash one day)
from what i understand, if i bred my amel to an anery type b, i could create blizzards. am i correct, or am i missing a step?

please excuse me lack of genetic knowledge. i have SOME basis of corn snake genetics down, but i am still trying to learn it all.

If you bred an amel to an anery b you would get normals het for blizzard
breed the normals het for blizzard together and then you will get approximately
25.00%, Het for Blizzard
12.50%, Charcoal, Het for Amel
12.50%, Amelanistic, Het for Charcoal
12.50%, Het for Charcoal
12.50%, Het for Amel
6.25%, Blizzard
6.25%, Charcoal
6.25%, Amelanistic
6.25%, Normal

meaning you have about a 1 in 16 chance to get a blizzard

i'm thinkin it may be easier to just buy a blizzard.

now what if i bred my blizzard to my amel?

way i see it, if my amel is het snow, i'd get some blizzards...i think.

50% Amel het anery a , anery b (charcoal)
50% Amel het anery b (charcoal)
