Nick,
How is the gecko otherwise; is this the first time? I've never seen leopard gecko blood other than a bite, autotomized tail, and unshed skin. Maybe someone else here has, but you may need to get it to the vet.
What's it been eating; maybe it had too big of a cricket or some substrate or something. Good luck, let us know what happens.

You should see three pics of my fattails. Now, just replace the address with the address to your pictures.

bloody stool usually is a sign of coccida.
I would definetly get a sample and get a test done on that right away just to be sure. It may not be the same in leos...but I've never seen symptoms like that.
np
I have never heard of that being potentially normal, I would take that pretty seriously.
Flagellate protozoans and amebiasis can be a cause of bloody stools, as can hookworms. I would see a vet and get a fecal.
Good luck.
