This is a photo of my new Jungle Corn, named Jungle Jane. In this photo she is in a defensive posture. She hasn't bitten me yet, just one of my inexperienced friends and I told her not to put her hand in front of Jungle Jane when she's in a defensive position like the photo and that Jane is a new snake to my collection and needs more handling. Typical, women never do listen to me. I don't have any history on this Jungle Corn that I got from a IRBA show in San Diego this month (Oct.), but I know it wasn't handled much and needs some extra attention and TLC so at least other people (I mean hot women or strippers I invite or have at my house) can handle her too.

That is a SPLENDID jungle corn. Very good score!

Sorry, i am a total newbie to the hybrids. Is that a JCP and a Corn snake hybrid? Its amazing!

It is a made up name.... not meant to imply that it is a jcp cross with corn or king, which would not be possible.

It's a crossbreed of a cornsnake, kingsnake, and milksnake. Actually, this snake was breed to look like a Jungle Carpet Python.

Gorgeous color on that one.... Do you know the details on the sire and dam?
Anyone else noticed that hybrids are turning up more frequently and in larger numbers at the reptile shows?

That's what bums me out most about this only hybrid snake I have in my collection is because I don't have all the history and data on this Jungle Corn, not even a DOB. The breeder I got it from was sketchy at the IRBA show and only told me she was fed every Friday and was a king, milk, and corn cross. That's the only information I have on this hybrid. The price was pretty good at $45 for this one.
If you notice on this Jungle Corn she definately has a characteristically kingsnake head.
