I would try the little bottle. It's lasts for awhile. I feed 3 aurics and 18 rhacs and the big jugs last me a long time.

I would recommend using the CG diet if you have an adult rhac. I know a lot of people are using the Gargyole diet because of more protein, but more isn't always better. I do feed my babies the garg. diet. But I know that Allen Repashy feeds his cresteds the CG diet exclusively and they do just fine.

Just mix it with water - it works great.

With 1 crested the small bottle willl probally do you just fine .

It is true you can feed your crested the diet with no insects. However they grow faster with crickets on occasion .(Not a big consideration unless your breeding them) More to the point though is its a great deal of fun to watch them hunting and chasing crikets .Its also a good oportunity to give them a little extra calcium just to be sure(dusted crickets). This would be more of a consideration if your mixing babyfood into the CGD which delutes the otherwise complete diet.

I used the small bottle for when I had a single crested gecko. It last me about 5 months give or take. Once the bottle is open it is recommended you use up the bottle in 6 months as it's freshness fails by then. Refrigeration helps it last longer as well.
