head bobbing?

hi i have to uros a male and female. ive noticed when ever i put them outback that the male does a little head bob dance.i live in florda and there are alot of lizards around(the small cuban and jamacan ones)that do this.is he mimicing them or do uros do mating dances?

Head bobbing is usually associated with reproductive behavior and aggressive territorial displays towards other reptiles.

I agree that it can be one or both of these. Runako did it for the first time when I put him and Roxy in the same cage. I was so surprised, I had to get a video of it. It's on my uro site in my sig.
