I now have a male albino motley/het butter that I plan to breed with either a normal or albino female. What type of babies will I have if I breed the male with the normal and what type if I breed with the albino?
Thank You

If you breed your male to the normal you will have all normal babies het amel and motley and I beleive poss het butter. If you breed to the amel female you will have amel het motley and poss butter. I think this is right--first response to a genetics question for me though.

0.0.1 Amel Motley Corn (Cosmo '03)
0.1 Baird's Ratsnake (Sugaree '04)
1.0 White Oaks Grey Rat (Tennesse Jed '04)
1.1 Shepherd mix (Dylan 5yrs, Porter 7 months)
Something like this?
Amel mot het butter
Amel motley(het butter) x normal=
50.00%, Het for Butter, Het for Motley
50.00%, Het for Amel, Het for Motley
Amel motley(het butter) x amel=
50.00%, Amelanistic, Het for Caramel, Het for Motley
50.00%, Amelanistic, Het for Motley
Pic of amel het butter motley
Worked it out on my handy dandy genetics wizard here goes
Amel, Motley het Butter x Normal=
25% het motley (normal appearing)
25% het amel, het motley (normal appearing)
25% het motley, het carmel (normal appearing)
25% het amel, het motley, het carmel (normal appearing)
Amel, Motley, het butter x Amel =
25% het amel, Het motley (normal appearing)
25% het Amel, Het Motley, het Carmel (normal appearing)
25% Amel, Het motley (Amel appearing)
25% Amel, het Motley, het Carmel (Amel appearing)
I hope this helps

Actually, breeding an amel motley het for caramel to a normal will statistically produce (assuming no compatible hets):
100% normals het for amel and motley, each one of them having a 50% chance of also being het for caramel.
Breeding an amel motley het for caramel to an amel will statistically produce (assuming no compatible hets):
100% amels het for motley, each one of them having a 50% chance of also being het for caramel.
