what should i feed my k. flavescens?

My brother picked up a yellow belly mud turtle and for the next week it is in my care. the only problem is that i am not sure what to feed it. it is in a tank with two juvinile pantied turtles and a baby snapper. they are being fed a variety of vegitations and live fish. the snapper lives mostly off of tadpoles and small frogs and the other day i saw the mud turtle consume two frogs, two night crawlers, a very small crawdad and a minnow. is that an appropriate diet and can i expect it to continue eating that much food on a daily basis?
