what this is. safari is a 6 foot JCP and i noticed these scales a while ago. her last shed was 8-24. is it just becasue of lack of humidity at her last shed. i usually mist her down when it's time and she has great sheds. i'm hoping she will go into shedding since it's been like 2 months. how often do adults shed? will her next shed clear this up? it don't seem to bother her at all.

you might want to make sure the snake isnt getting up against a heat source that looks almost like a burn from what i see in the pic

No I don't think it's a burn. She has an UTH with newspaper over the area then reptile bark. Her lights are on top of her cage. There is no heat sorce in her tank. Besides how can that be a burn on the SIDE of her body? If it was from the UTH a burn would have to be on her belly.

Unless she was laying on her branch way up by her basking light, then maybe it is a burn. In any case would it clear up with a shed or two? Or should I be treating it with something?
